For companies, 25% VAT is added to the price.


Booking and cancellation
When delivery for a given date is booked in writing by email, the following is liable.

The arrangement can be cancelled or downgraded according to the deadlines below:

Up to 4 weeks before - it is free of charge to cancel, downgrade or move the arrangement. After that, the cancellation conditions come into effect.

Between 4 and 2 weeks before - a fee of 50% of the total price is calculated.

Later than 2 weeks before - a fee of 100% of the total price is calculated.

No-show/No show - in the event of a no show, 100% of the total price is paid.

Diets/allergies must be reported no later than 8 days before the event date.

Services from external suppliers - One Lemon may require that the guest pay for services that cannot be cancelled despite timely cancellation, e.g. music, office supplies, equipment and similar payment and fees.


Payment terms
After the event, we will send an invoice with a 3-8 day payment deadline. If electronic payment via EAN number is desired, please agree before the end of the event.

If you wish to pay in cash with a payment card, a fee of 0.89% of the amount will be added.
