Renting our space
Are you having a party? Then we have the right room for you. We have room for 24 people in cozy, bright and homely rooms. The dining room includes a large, professional, well-equipped kitchen with pots, pans and service for many. There are high ceilings, comfortable chairs and a good atmosphere.

Sourdough bun w/ butter, rye bread, cheese, scrambled eggs with chives, smoked salmon, fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables, hummus with Danish peas, Greek style yogurt with homemade gf granola, waffles with fruit compote.

Workshops – 4 hours duration
Enjoy one welcome glass of bubbles w/ or w/o alcohol, followed by a workshop in the kitchen. After the workshop, we will eat together at long tables where water will be served with the food. Wine and/or sparkling water may be purchased to accompany the meal.



Green food
We will work with in-season produce and gain inspiration with new cooking techniques. We will focus on texture, colour, flavour profiles and plating. Typically, we will make 5-6 dishes for sharing inspired by various culinary traditions from around the world. If you want to add more greens into your life, then this workshop is for you.
All recipes will be sent to you after the workshop.
Italian food with a twist
We will make classic Italian dishes with a twist. With inspiration from several regions in Italy, you will learn tips and tricks for putting together a menu with seasonal ingredients. We will focus on texture, colour, flavour and plating to create 5-6 dishes for sharing. If you love Italian food and are looking for ideas and inspiration, then this workshop is for you.

Asian style food
We will work with great flavours and be inspired from different countries in Asia – especially Japan, and Korea. We will focus on techniques, textures, colours and plating and create 5-6 dishes for sharing. If you want to learn to fold your own dumplings, season with miso or make chili oil from scratch, then this workshop is for you.

Middle Eastern food
If you love hot spices, dips, pickles, and small sharing dishes, then this workshop is for you. We focus on techniques, textures, colours and presentation. We will primarily work with in-season produce to create 5-6 dishes for sharing. You will leave inspired to put together delicious menus that will excite friends and family.

From waste to taste – turning kitchen scraps and leftovers into delicious meals
Do you need inspiration for how to use the last carrot or that last bit of cabbage in the fridge? Do you want to reduce the amount of food you waste? Then this workshop is for you. Together we will empty the vegetable drawer and create 5-6 delicious dishes for sharing. Inspired by various culinary traditions from around the world, we will work with different flavour profiles, techniques, colours, and textures.
