With many years of experience as an administrative manager, Kelly has a firm grip on both hosting and customer relations.
When she plans events and gatherings, every singe detail is carefully considered – and it shows.
Kelly has worked as a PA on countless cookbooks and has a special talent for making things happen. She loves organizing, keeping track of everything and bringing all pieces together – always with a smile and an eye for what makes an experience truly special.
At One Lemon, Kelly handles administrative tasks, practical matters, and contact with both clients and suppliers.

Maj
Culinary Coordinator
Maj is a trained chef and has worked with food and people for more than 15 years.
She has extensive teaching experience and has taught both children, young people, and adults about cooking and the joy of meals.
At One Lemon Maj is the creative heart of the kitchen. She prepares food for private events and catering and leads workshops and teambuilding sessions for both businesses and private groups.
Maj has a particular fondness for Italian cuisine and loves working with vegetables, seasonal ingredients, and exploring new techniques.
She develops recipes – often for young and innovative food startups – with a focus on plant – based protein and balanced flavours.
Majs goal is to inspire and help people learn – som more people can experience the joy of cooking (and eating)a truly good meal.
